I have a quote in the February 13, 1997 MacWeek article about OpenTransport and Rhapsody...

The MacOS Rumors site has a review of MacOS 7.7d8 (developer release).
Release date: July 1997
It will have such features as:
- Appearance Manager (ie Copland/Aaron UI)
- background finder copying
- spring open folders
- folder drawers/tabs
- menus stay down
- V-Twin search engine
- only four menus (label menu is gone)
- active scrolling (when moving the scroll box, the window contents change)
- contextual menus (holding down the control key and click the mouse and a menu pops up. The contents of the menu is based on where the mouse was clicked)
- CyberDog 2.x
There are also screenshots of the system at http://www.vortex-soft.com.
When I checked on Sunday, the pictures weren't there and there was a message saying 'The Screenshots of Mac OS 7.7 have been taken offline at the request of Apple.'

Sequel to Aaron. Modify many of the different parts of the Mac User Interface (colours, menu bars, window backgrounds, icons, etc). It uses different plugins to give UI schemes such as Windows, NeXT, Be, etc. There are many different schemes that people have designed.
